R4W is a pre-workout product only for energy/mental focus/endurance/motivation
JP8 is like using NOS ETHER and R4W in one dose preworkout.
R4W serving for serving is stronger than JP8 for the stuff I listed above, its just R4W isnt a NO/creatine product like your JP8/NOxplode and all that.

If i read the bottles correctly I am to take a couple R4W JP8 and NOS pre-workout..and then NOS After..I have been feeling like I am about to puke about halfway into my workout...
What do u recommend to fix this...I am also taking 2 DTP pre also...Am I not taking these in the right sequence or timing...Any thoughts would be great...
Whoa, you don't need JP8 AND R4W for a pre-WO. Take one or the other. Go with the big boy of JP8. Use R4W for other things or you can mix it up of which one you take to make your JP8 last a lil' longer.
And yes, Nos Ether after the WO. Correct Chuck?
Also, how are you taking your JP8?

Yes correct. You dont need to use JP8/r4w pre-workout.
What you do is use either JP8 pre-workout OR R4W/NOS ETHER pre-workout
The only one you take post workout is ETHER.
Also you should start at 3/4 scoop JP8 and drink it over about 15min.
